Our vision at Mmapaseka Academy is to establish ourselves as a globally renowned leader in IT education, equipping individuals with state-of-the-art abilities and knowledge to thrive in the quickly changing digital environment. In order to prepare our students to become skilled IT professionals that effect good change and improve society, we work to create an environment that values creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
The Mmapaseka Training Institute is a subsidiary of the Mmapaseka group , a level 1 B-BBEE Contributor with 100% Black Female ownership.
Mmapaseka Academy has a core focus on offering bespoke Training Consulting services within the ICT space. Our primary objective is to assist our clients realize that their employees / talent are their core driver and differentiator for high performance.
We are also passionate about the growth and development of youth and SMME’S in underprivileged communities.

We partner with host companies across South Africa to create opportunities for unemployed youth, to not only obtain qualifications, but also to receive valuable work experience for the duration of their learnerships.

We work with the students to obtain CV creation and interview technique skills to open updoors to their continued success.
Online learning
With global trends that have driven training and development towards eLearning, and the increased need for accessible learning solutions, Mmapaseka Training Institute offers amyriad of online courses, consisting of computer skills, soft skills, leadership skills andmore.
The courses are presented in a variety of formats, including text, video, animations and simulations. Assessments and exams are aligned to SETA and SAQA requirements.
As an extra value-add, all individuals who take part in any of our onsite computer training courses, receive access to our eLearning platform for one year following the training. This eLearning access helps the individuals to develop themselves through further training aswell as acting as a refresher course.
